Customer Churn Prediction (Classification and Time Series Analysis)

Abstract

After a project for HR churn prediction in August 2021, and a time series project in September 2021, I somehow combined those techniques in this project. Time series analysis was used to predict the churn rate of customers, and the classification technique was used to identify potential leavers based on precedents.
