Abstract

As a data scientist at Didehban net co., my last project was customer clustering. They used to use the RFM method, but I recognized that is not a good method for ISP customers, since other features such as bandwidth, disconnection times, and contract duration are more important. Moreover, ISP customers have literally the same recency and frequency due to the type of this market in Iran.
